Different parameters were quantified in in vivo recordings from Tsc1+/-, Fmr1 KO, Nf1+/-, and H-rasG12V mutant mice and their respective wild-type (WT) littermates (n = 12 for Tsc1 WT and n = 9 for Tsc1+/-; n = 26 for Fmr1 WT and n = 18 for Fmr1 KO; n = 13 for Nf1 WT and n = 10 for Nf1+/-; n = 10 for H-ras WT and n = 9 for H-rasG12V). Data is presented as mean ± SEM. * indicates significant difference in pair-wise post hoc t-test comparison.
