  • Stimulation of the outer molecular layer was set at an intensity that evoked a maximum amplitude IPSP at a 150 msec latency. Stimulation intensity was reset after switching to CNQX/d-APV. Synaptic responses were measured at latencies of 20 and 150 msec, which are near the peaks of the early and late IPSPs, respectively. Values represent mean ± SEM.
