  • Data are expressed as mean ± SEM. Student's paired t test was used to evaluate the significant changes in post-pre pairing experiments conducted at 5 or 10 Hz compared with baseline values (first two rows). In the drug treatment experiments, independent-samples t test was used for the statistical comparison between data obtained with 10 Hz pairing in the absence or the presence of different drugs, or in the measurements conducted in slices prepared from wild-type or CB1 knock-out mice.
