  • The affinity (Kd) and density (Bmax) of D2 receptors were determined by saturation analysis of binding of [3H]YM-09151-2 in membranes prepared from three to seven brains as described under Materials and Methods. Kd values are the geometric means, followed by the limits defined by the SEM in parentheses. Bmax values represent the mean ± SEM; the symbol ° designates statistical significance compared to young age within genotype. Boldface designates statistical significance.
