Onset time constants were obtained by fitting the 50–90% rise phase, except for GO, where fits were done on the 70–99% rise phase. Decay time constants were determined by fitting the 90–10% decay phase, except for GA and GO in the presence of Mg2+ 2 mM, where fits were performed on the 90–20% decay phase.
