  • Cholinergic responses evoked by bath-applied carbachol (10 μm for 10 min). Changes in RMP, AHP, and ADP amplitudes were measured at the end of carbachol treatment and relative to values measured in baseline conditions. Bold numbers indicate p < 0.05 for carbachol effects on RMP and/or AHP and ADP amplitudes. Asterisks indicate p < 0.01 when compared to wild-type neurons in the same layer. KO, genetic knock-out for indicated mAChR subtype.
