The amplitudes (A) of the action potentials (AP) and after-hyperpolarisations (AHP) were measured from the baseline to peak at resting membrane potentials and their durations (D) were estimated at their half amplitude. Input resistances (Rn) were estimated by measuring the steady-state voltage responses to current injection pulses (10 to 20 pA, 200 ms).RMP: Resting membrane potential.
